By accessing, registering with, or using any service, game, or feature offered through the tg770 platform (accessible at tg770.org), you ("the User," "the Player," or "you") unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the tg770 platform and refrain from registering an account.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To access real-money games and services on tg770, you must create an Account by completing the registration process. The following rules apply to Account registration:

Each individual person may register only one (1) Account on tg770. Operating multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are discovered, tg770 may close all associated Accounts and void any balances or winnings therein.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other required details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

tg770 may require you to complete a KYC verification process at any stage of your use of the platform. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tg770 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication codes associated with your Account.

You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password not used on other platforms;
• Enable Two-Factor Authentication where available and encouraged by tg770;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify tg770 immediately via the support contact if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

tg770 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

All deposits to your tg770 Account must be made through the payment methods available on the platform at the relevant time. Accepted payment methods currently include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to change.

All transactions on the tg770 platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Where a deposit is made from a payment source denominated in a different currency, tg770's prevailing conversion rate will apply, and any associated exchange fees will be the User's responsibility.

The minimum deposit amount via GCash and Maya is ₱100. Minimum amounts for other payment methods may vary and are displayed during the deposit flow within your tg770 Account.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to your tg770 Account are legitimately owned by you and are not derived from any unlawful activity. tg770 cooperates fully with Philippine anti-money laundering authorities and may report suspicious transactions as required by law.

Withdrawal requests from your tg770 Account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the associated deposit where possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations;
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before real-money funds associated with a bonus may be withdrawn;
• tg770 targets processing of GCash and Maya withdrawals within ten (10) minutes of approval, though actual receipt times may vary depending on the payment provider;
• tg770 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may delay processing;

tg770 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and other incentives to registered Users. The following general terms apply to all such promotions, unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• Bonus Credits and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms;
• Bonuses are valid for the time period stated in the promotion. Unused bonuses expire at the end of the stated validity period;
• tg770 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Only one welcome bonus is available per person, household, IP address, or payment method;
• Bonuses may not be combined unless the relevant promotion terms explicitly permit combination;
• Participation in any tg770 promotion is subject to these Terms and the specific terms of that promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.

tg770 reserves the right to void any bonus or winnings and close an Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe a User is exploiting promotions in bad faith, including through the use of low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent.

All games offered on the tg770 platform are governed by the rules applicable to each individual game as displayed within the game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules of the relevant game.

All slot and RNG-based table games on tg770 use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) audited by independent third-party testing agencies. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for games are available within the game information section of each title.

• Attempting to reverse a legitimate transaction ("chargebacks") through your payment provider while retaining associated winnings or Bonus Credits;
• Opening or operating an Account on behalf of another person;
• Registering while self-excluded from tg770 or from gaming under a PAGCOR-facilitated exclusion programme.

tg770 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and complying with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. We provide the following tools within your Account to support safe play:

• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict your Account access for periods of 24 hours to 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from all tg770 services. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of application and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tg770 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any tg770 content without prior written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted under Philippine law, tg770's aggregate liability to any User arising from or in connection with these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that User to their tg770 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tg770 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Interruptions to service caused by third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or force majeure events;
• Technical failures, delays, or errors attributable to your device, browser, or internet connection.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

tg770 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity;
• Chargeback disputes initiated by the User against tg770;
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency;
• Extended account inactivity (exceeding 12 consecutive months of no login).

You may close your Account at any time by contacting tg770 customer support. Upon closure, any real-money Balance in excess of ₱200 and not subject to active bonus requirements will be returned to your designated payment method following completion of any pending KYC obligations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the tg770 platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through tg770's internal dispute resolution process. To initiate a dispute, contact tg770 customer support with full details of your complaint. tg770 will respond within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory body or courts of competent jurisdiction within Metro Manila, Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any unresolved dispute.

tg770 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, tg770 will update the Effective Date shown at the top of this page and may notify registered Users via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account.

Your continued use of the tg770 platform after any amendment becomes effective constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request Account closure as described in Section 14.
